  • What is the average cost of a vein doctor visit?

The average cost of a visit to our vein clinic depends on the type of treatment you need. After your free consultation appointment, our vein specialist will go over your individualized treatment plan and the associated costs.

  • Is vein treatment covered by insurance?

Yes, many insurance companies cover symptomatic vein disease that interferes with your daily life. We verify your insurance for free as a courtesy before your initial consultation. Please fill out the online form or call 732-810-0221 to speak directly with a patient specialist.

  • What can I expect on my first visit to a vein doctor?

After arriving at our clinic, one of our patient specialists will confirm your insurance and demographic information. You’ll then be taken to a room for examination with one of our medical assistants, ultrasound technicians, and vein specialists. Together, they’ll gather a comprehensive medical history from you and perform a thorough physical examination. This is the time to ask any questions you may have about your treatment plan and goals as well.

Once the examination is complete, your vein specialist will determine whether you need additional testing, such as a vein ultrasound. These tests help determine your treatment plan. If they’re medically necessary, your specialist will submit the request to your insurance for coverage — approval for the test may take between two to four weeks. Once coverage is confirmed, one of our patient specialists will reach out to schedule your next appointment(s).

  • What the easiest way to make an appointment?

Easiest way to make an appoitment is to fill out vein screening form on this website or simply calling our office during business hours at 732-810-0221.
